These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Cheshire Baby Support.
1. Nature of Services
Support provided is educational and supportive in nature. It does not replace medical care from your GP or paediatrician.
All recommendations are based on assessment findings and professional judgement.
2. Consent
Written and verbal consent is required before any assessment or hands-on support.
You may withdraw consent at any time.
3. Professional Standards
Cheshire Baby Support is led by Amanda Brooks, an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), working within professional scope of practice.
We operate as an inclusive, non-discriminatory service.
4. Appointments
Appointments are scheduled by agreement. Arrival times may occasionally vary due to clinical circumstances.
5. Referrals
Where appropriate, referral to other professionals may be suggested. No referral fees are accepted.
6. Limitation of Liability
All care is provided with reasonable skill and care. However, feeding outcomes can vary and no guarantees can be made.

CANCELLATION & PAYMENT POLICY
Payment
Payment is required prior to consultation.
Package bookings require a 50% deposit.
Cancellations
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
• Deposits are non-refundable within 48 hours of the appointment.
• All services are non-refundable once delivered.
Provider Cancellations
If Cheshire Baby Support must cancel and rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
