By booking an appointment with Cheshire Baby Support, you agree to the following:

 

Nature of Services

Support provided is educational and supportive in nature. It does not replace medical care from your GP or paediatrician.

Treatment recommendations are based on assessment findings and professional judgement.

 

Consent

Written and verbal consent is required before any assessment, intervention or hands-on support.

You may withdraw consent at any time.

 

Professional Standards

Amanda Brooks is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and adheres to professional codes of conduct.

Cheshire Baby Support operates as an inclusive, non-discriminatory practice.

 

CANCELLATION & PAYMENT POLICY

  • Payment is required prior to consultation.

  • Package bookings require a 50% deposit.

  • Deposits are non-refundable within 48 hours of the appointment.

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

  • All services are non-refundable once delivered.

  • If Cheshire Baby Support cancels and cannot reschedule, a full refund will be issued.

COMMUNICATION POLICY

 

Clinical support is not provided via social media.

Follow-up support is included for two weeks post-consultation. Extensions may be arranged.

Response times may vary during holidays, illness or emergencies.

CLINICAL CARE & REFERRALS

 

Recommendations may include referral to other professionals. No fees are accepted for referrals.

More than one referral option will be provided where possible.
